Yearend Awards Banquet
LDMHA is hosting a yearend awards night and spaghetti dinner on Friday Mar 21st at Lakefield District S.S. This is a joint endeavour with our association and the LDSS hospitality class who will be preparing the meal. Doors will open at 6:00 with the meal at 6:30 followed by a brief awards ceremony at 7:15. The evening should be concluded shortly after 8.
Families are asked to consider making a donation to help cover the costs of the evening.
If you have photos you would like included in the yearend slideshow, please pass them along to your team manager.
The Lakefield Chiefs Atom Local League team won the 2013-2014 'A' Championship. Congratulations go to both the players and the coaching/management staff of this deserving team. Well done!!!

Interested in Volunteering?
All volunteers are required to complete a Vunerable Sector Screening (a.k.a Police Records Check). The process requires completeing the following four steps:
- Print one of the two forms, depending on whether you live in the area served by the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police or not.
Have the letter that you printed signed by our Association President, Bill Dummitt, who can be contacted at 705-652-6238.
Take the signed letter to the Police Station listed on the letter and request the Vunerable Sector Screening.
Pick up your completed Vunerable Sector Screening and return it to Bill Dummitt.
